Résumé:
This study aims to provide shared value as a new business model for Algerian economic companies
to create economic value that improve the competitiveness of companies while simultaneously
create value for societies. Based on descriptive analytical method we described concept of shared
value and the process of integration into Algerian companies. We also proposed a variety of
proposed programs in 10 key sectors; the food and beverage sector, agriculture sector, retail sector,
construction sector, electric power sector, extractive sector, pharmaceutical industry sector, health
sector, financial services sector and insurance industry. We found that these proposed programs are
useful to solve social problems and meet the needs of community and this what brings profit is for
the company and lead to the creation of shared value. In addition to that, we provide some
recommendations that benefit the subject of the study.
