dc.description.abstract |
In this study, we focus on the professional integration programs for
released prisoners, highlighting the role of the state-structured organizational
programs that aim to facilitate their integration into society after release.
The professional integration process is not limited to the professional aspect only,
but is also a social process, as both dimensions, namely the professional and
social, must be addressed. The professional integration programs provided during
the prison period are among the basic mechanisms for preparing prisoners for
integration. These proposed programs go beyond the professional aspect, i.e.
providing a profession for the prisoner after release, but also contribute to the
social, psychological and advisory aspects, whether in the public or private
sector, alike. In this study, the effectiveness of these programs is measured
through the projections of organizational sociology, by examining how these
programs are created and examining the organizational structures until they reach
the determination of operational capacity |
