OVERVIEW ICNTCř15 Is the second International Conference on New Technologies and Communication that will be held from 3 to 4 march 2015 at Hassiba Ben Bouali university of Chlef, Algeria. ICNTCř15 aims at fostering advances in the areas of New Technologies and Communication, protocols, Wireless Networks, Mobile Computing, Ad hoc and Ambient Networks, QoS, Web services, Web mining, distributed systems, Internet of Things, wireless networking for moving objects etc. ICNTCř15 will address all the challenges of building the Future of communication and internet, which will be based on mobile, wireless and fixed broadband communications infrastructures.
