Résumé:
The aim of this study was to identify the role of human competencies in the application of
social responsibility through the influence of the three dimensions of human competencies (knowledge, skill, and behavior). The sampling size was 34 worker from DISMAC oundation. The influence was tested using multiple regression analysis (spss) and f analysis of variance.
Our results showed that there is a relation between human competencies and social
responsibility, the results also showed that there is no statistically significant differences to the impact of human competencies in the application of social responsibility attributed to sex,
level of education, job position and length of service.In conclusion, greater emphasis on social responsibility through caring staff and increase public welfare should be taken.
