With that, we believe the adoption of the company whatever its nature of social responsibility will suffice if its members enjoy themselves and social responsibility towards the society or they work. And since the individual employee is a fundamental part of equivalence for the production and continuity of society there appears a thought of looking for the definition of strategies and the activation of social responsibility among some individuals public university hospital "Mustapha Bacha". And achieving the goals of the study we made the application to specify a half on a model (53) nurses during the month of July and August of 2016.
