بلعزيز, خيرة2025-11-022025-11-022025http://dspace.univ-chlef.dz/handle/123456789/2195This study aimed to examine the impact of intellectual capital on organizational performance in business organizations through knowledge management in Algerian institutions, To achieve the study’s objectives, a questioning was designed and distributed to 250 employers across four Algerian institutions: Algeria Telecom, Sonelgaz, Alphet, and Naftal, Atotal . for data analysis , the study relied on the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS 21) and (AMOS 21) software results revealed a statistically significant impact of intellectual capital, with its dimension, on organizational performance and knowledge management, Additionally, knowledge management showed a statistically significant positive effect on organizational performance,The study also revealed a significant role of knowledge management a mediator in relationship between of intellectual capital and organizational performance in institutions under study.
