Résumé:
Extended the scope of social responsibility to include multiple parties, and is the human
resources of the main beneficiary parties and that the Organization should lead its social responsibility
towards them, and a commitment to responsible towards human resource is the need for overall
performance improvement in general and on the grounds that human resources are the party of
stakeholders who It affected their organization and affect them, the commitment to the organization
responsible behavior towards them.
Therefore, this study examines the role of social responsibility in the strategic of human resources
management strategy in order to achieve durable development through studies the Algerian enterprise
Sonatrach and some successful experiences of some global institutions.
