Résumé:
Social responsibility and ethics refer to business practices involving initiatives that benefit
society. Social responsibility requires financial and human resources with the commitment of all
members of the organization to ensure its success, and improve its image among customers,
workers and stakeholders, as well as long-term profitability.
Small and medium sized companies have some characteristics that limit the adoption of the social
responsibility practices, so that they become depending on managers values and conviction, which
requires providing them with financial resources to help them achieve their goals and those of the
society as a whole.
