Résumé:
This study aimed to explore the role of physical and recreational sports activities in
developing sporting values among middle school students through extracurricular
activities. The central research question was: Do physical and recreational sports
activities contribute to developing sporting values among students?
Main Hypothesis: Physical and recreational sports activities play a positive role in
developing sporting values within the framework of extracurricular activities.
Research Methodology:
Approach: Descriptive method, suitable for the study topic.
Sample: 224 students, distributed across 19 middle schools in Oran Province.
Research Tool: Sporting values scale.
Data Analysis: Conducted using the SPSS software.
Key Findings:
The results confirmed that physical and recreational sports activities have a
positive impact on developing sporting values among middle school students.
Recommendations:
1. Increase support for extracurricular sports activities by providing the necessary
facilities and equipment.
2. Train teachers and coaches to integrate educational values into sports activities.
3. Organize awareness programs for parents about the importance of these
activities in shaping their children's personalities.
4. Incorporate recreational activities into educational programs to encourage
students to develop sporting values naturally and enjoyably.
Conclusion: The study demonstrates that physical and recreational sports activities play
a vital role in fostering sporting values, emphasizing the importance of promoting such
activities in educational environments.
