Résumé:
This study aimed to examine the impact of intellectual capital on
organizational performance in business organizations through knowledge
management in Algerian institutions, To achieve the study’s objectives, a
questioning was designed and distributed to 250 employers across four
Algerian institutions: Algeria Telecom, Sonelgaz, Alphet, and Naftal, Atotal .
for data analysis , the study relied on the statistical package for the social
sciences (SPSS 21) and (AMOS 21) software results revealed a statistically
significant impact of intellectual capital, with its dimension, on organizational
performance and knowledge management, Additionally, knowledge
management showed a statistically significant positive effect on
organizational performance,The study also revealed a significant role of
knowledge management a mediator in relationship between of intellectual
capital and organizational performance in institutions under study.
The study recommends : The need to focus on intellectual capital and create a
new culture the emphasises the use of knowledge management and
intellectual capital terms, and to promote them within institutions as valuable
intellectual assets that contribute to improving organizational performance.
