Résumé:
The study aimed to explore the relationship between professional compatibility and
achieving outstanding performance for employees working in sports management. The study
was conducted in the Youth and Sports Directorates of the Wilaya regions of M'sila, Bordj Bou
Arreridj, Sétif, and Batna.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, relying on a questionnaire as a data
collection tool, which was appropriate for the nature of the study. The researcher also used the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software to analyze the data. The study revealed
several key findings, including:
• There is awareness in sports management of the importance of managing employees, as shown
through the implementation of key human resource management elements.
• There is a relationship between professional compatibility and achieving outstanding
performance for employees working in sports management.
