    mart cities as a concept has been widely used in the past decades at various levels and numerous researches have talked about how our cities will look in the near future with various applications of smart technologies in various fields and areas related to the city. One of these areas is urban public spaces and how they will look when intelligence is applied to them. Smart urban public spaces are spaces that use technology and intelligence to help use and develop these places while meeting the trends of technology and urbanization today.they also affect the socio-cultural, economic and environmental level of society, so that it has undergone a change in its meaning and function in the era of technological interconnection. This is due to the development of smart technologies and services and reliance on internet networks such as the Internet of things, modern information and communication technologies and others. So that this change can serve as a basis for further development of smart networks within public spaces to meet the needs of the population on the one hand and increase the urban attractiveness of these places on the other hand, the aim of this research is not only to include smart technologies in order to improve access to these places and their aesthetics, but also to help understand the behavior of residents of the city of Chlef about intelligence within urban public spaces. Our research is an attempt to answer some questions : how smart and innovative technologies can make urban public spaces better and how these smart urban public spaces can improve the lives of residents in the city of Chlef.accordingly, we chose chorfa Park in order to apply intelligence to it in the framework of improving and facilitating its use by visitors and visitors to it.
