Abstract
Social responsibility plays an active role in the organization and stability of the lives of
individuals and companies and it realizes sustainable development to ensure the needs of the present
and future, as awareness of social responsibility is a definition and exercise shows the level of
commitment and diligence as well as the true consciousness in the individual.
With that, we believe the adoption of the company whatever its nature of social
responsibility will suffice if its members enjoy themselves and social responsibility towards the
society or they work.
And since the individual employee is a fundamental part of equivalence for the production
and continuity of society there appears a thought of looking for the definition of strategies and the
activation of social responsibility among some individuals public university hospital "Mustapha
Bacha".
And achieving the goals of the study we made the application to specify a half on a model
(53) nurses during the month of July and August of 2016.
