| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to focus on business incubators as a mechanism for supporting and accompanying startups, by examining the case of a group of public and private business incubators in Algeria, and trying to search for the most important incubation mechanisms they adopt, and the extent of their contribution to helping startups get off the ground. The prescriptive and analytical approach to the topic of the study was based on various theoretical aspects relating to startups and business incubators, thus attempting to overturn them in Algeria's case. This is done through the analysis of documents and data submitted by the public and private business incubators in question.
