This course aims to provide the fundamental principles of electricity and magnetism, focusing on elementary knowledge of electricity and magnetism (calculation of electric and magnetic fields, current calculation, etc.), enabling students to analyze and interpret related phenomena. The course is structured into four chapters: • Chapter I (Electrostatics): This chapter covers phenomena related to static electric charges, such as the electric field and electrostatic potential. • Chapter II (Conductors in Equilibrium): This section establishes the properties of a conductor in equilibrium, followed by detailed definitions of capacitors, their associations, and capacitance. • Chapter III (Electrokinetics): This chapter focuses on the motion of mobile charges, studied in terms of currents and voltages. • Chapter IV (Magnetostatics): This chapter examines the interactions between moving charged particles. The order of these chapters is justified by the fact that magnetostatics is constantly based on concepts acquired in electrostatics and electrodynamics. Numerous solved exercises, strategically placed at the end of each chapter, provide students with valuable opportunities to apply the concepts studied. These welldesigned, varied exercises not only help solidifyen_US
