Abstract
The primary goal of this study was to a clear concept of social responsibility and linked
to the achievement of sustainable development to address, as we aim to raise awareness,
especially in business organizations departments the importance of adopting more social
initiatives that contribute to the development of society and achieve sustainable
development and address the humanitarian, environmental and economic problems
through the study of some indicators that express a reflection of the spirit of social
responsibility on the performance of economic institutions in Algeria.
As we brought up to address the development of social responsibility in the Algerian
institutions before and after economic reforms, especially with the trend towards free
system what is known as the market economy and the knowledge of the most important
achievements in sustainable development through this new trend.
