Item التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين النشاط المصرفي- دراسة حالة عينة من البنوك العاملةفي الجزائر و الكويت(زيدان محمد / القطان أحمد, 2026) قرزيز, نبيلةThis study is of significant importance as it underscores the relevance of digital transformation (Information and Communication Technology, digital technology, financial technology, organizational and supervisory technology, cybersecurity) in the banks sector. The study's statistical analysis, which encompasses 26 banks operating in Algeria and Kuwait, reveals that these banks are at different stages of digitalization and digital transformation. They are actively developing strategies to enhance their competitiveness and customer satisfaction. However, this journey is not without its challenges. Regulatory limitations, external environmental resistance, and internal organizational barriers pose significant hurdles. The study also highlights the need to effectively leverage the internal organizational environment and seize appropriate opportunities amidst intensified competition and the emergence of other competing frameworks. Several conclusions were drawn from the study, including the banks' efforts in both countries to adopt digital transformation technologies, leading in recent five years to developed Bank activity. Furthermore, digital transformation had a statistically significant impact on banks activity at a significance level of 0.05. Recommendations included ensuring sufficient budgetary allocations for digital transformation in banks, supporting staff with adequate training, and emphasizing the crucial role of enhancing customer satisfaction by keeping up with digital environment developments, especially regarding legal facilitations
